DAY1 ARRIVE KOCHI
Welcome to your ‘Colours of Kerala’ tour! On arrival at the airport in Kochi or railway station in
Ernakulam, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Kochi. Later, proceed on a half day
city tour of Kochi visiting places like St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace, Jewish Synagogue
and Chinese fishing nets near Fort Kochi area.The rest of the evening is at leisure for

Today after a delicious breakfast, proceed to Munnar. Drive through the picturesque countryside of Munnar
which is surrounded by lush green tea estates. On arrival, check in to the hotel / resort. The rest of the day
is at leisure to explore this quaint hill station on your own
Today, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Munnar, including a visit to the Rose Gardens, a unique
and eco-friendly home stay experience, that attracts visitors, especially nature enthusiasts, from
all over the world. Later, visit the Tata Tea Museum which displays a variety of antiquities
including curios, photographs and machineries; all of which depict the origins and growth of tea
plantations in Munnar. The highlights include a sundial made in 1913, a burial urn from 2nd
century BC, a magneto phone, iron ovens and a wooden bath tub. There is also a tea-tasting
demonstration room and a mini manufacturing unit (closed on Mondays).Post lunch, visit Echo
Today, proceed to Thekkady, en-route enjoy a spice plantation tour, where you will be
introduced with numerous spices and plants of various types. On arrival, check in to the hotel in
Thekkady. Later, proceed to enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary
(Entrance fee and boat ride on direct payment basis).The rest of the evening is at leisure to walk
through the bustling spice market in the village of Kumily.

DAY5 THEKKADY - KUMARAKOM
After breakfast, proceed on a picturesque drive to Kumarakom. On arrival, check in to the hotel.

DAY7 MARRARIKULAM - ALLEPPEY
Today after breakfast, proceed to the idyllic backwaters of Alleppey. The town is known to be
Kerala’s very own ‘Venice of the East’, a heartland of lagoons and mangrove fields, inter-linked
with hundreds of narrow winding canals.
On arrival, check in to the hotel/ resort. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the scenic
surroundings of Alleppey.
After breakfast, proceed to Trivandrum. On arrival, check in to the hotel. The rest of the day is at
leisure for individual activities
After breakfast, proceed on an excursion to Kanyakumari. Visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial,
one of the finest pieces of architecture in Southern India. Situated on a rock island, Vivekananda
Rock Memorial is a major tourist attraction in Kanyakumari and houses the statue of the great
preacher Swami Vivekananda who swam to this small rocky island and meditated here in his quest for enlightenment. Further continue to visit the Suchindram Temple, one of the best places to understand the rich religious and cultural heritage of India, which is dedicated to a deity representing the combined forces of Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma
